2. Who is the recipient?

Every person, both physical and legal, can be a warehouse client. The only condition is to fill in the registration form correctly.
Approval of registration makes the user a customer of the site.

3. Do I have to pay tax for purchased products?

Yes, all prices in the description are net prices (do not include VAT).

4. How high are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is:

 transfer: PLN 18 for one parcel up to 30kg

 cash on delivery: PLN 30 for one parcel up to 30kg

5. Can the products be viewed/tried before buying?

We run only mail order sales, our entire range is visible on our website.

6. What is the final cost of transaction ?

The final cost of transaction is the price in the description + shipping costs

7. Can I pay for delivery with cash?

Yes, you can pay for delivery to PLN 4000.

8. Can you get a discount on products?

Yes, we are flexible towards our clients, please contact us by e-mail to obtain a discount.

9. Can I change the order before the parcel has been shipped?

We make any changes to the order before we accept it for processed. In this case please contact our sales department. 

10. When can I make a payment?

The deadline for a payment takes 5 days after submitting the order. There is a possibility of extending the payment deadline, after prior agreement.

11. How can I make a payment for a purchased item?

Payment by money order (at the post office, in the bank, via online accounts) or by credit card (only through the secure payment system Przelewy 24, Pay Pal, or on delivery by courier.

13. Do I need a VAT invoice?

We are a legally operating company, we attach a VAT invoice to each order or, according to the customer's request, a cash register receipt.

14. When and how are parcels sent?

The parcel is being sent up to 3 business days after received the payments. In extraordinary circumstances, the shipment may be delayed. In such a case, we will notify you.

In case your shipment has not been delivered after 7 days from the date of sending the transfer, please email us at the address: reklamacje@hurtownia24.pl 

15. You did not manage to pick up the package that has already returned to the sender. What should you do?

In this case, please contact us by email. If a parcel is not picked up, the customer is charged at the cost of not collecting the parcel in the amount of PLN 14 and the cost of re-sending it also in the amount of PLN 14.

16. Can I exchange purchased products for other products?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

17. I have received an item that is not compatible with the order.

In this case, please submit a complaint (no exchange!). A detailed description of the procedure can be found in the question "How can I advertise the purchased product?"
The parcel or part of it has gone missing.
Please contact us immediately in order to file a complaint.

18. How can I advertise purchased goods?

In the case of a complaint about the received goods:

1. First, please carefully fill in and send an electronic form to the complaint form - click to open the form (it is a necessary condition for complaint!) Please do not wait for a response after sending the form only go straight to the next stages. The form is information for us about the desire to complain. We do not respond to sent forms.

2. Then, please send the products via Poczta Polska or by courier to the following address:
